Whoo Hooo! I had absolutely no clue who I was taking if he was gone. As I mentioned earlier in the thread, I was surprised that he wasn't kept in the 5th, so I'm happy with him in the 9th. I do hate taking pitchers in the AL East, but I couldn't pass this up.

Yes, he did have the "luck" factor on his side last year and a low K rate. He did get basically a K/IP in the minors, so you have to think that will go up. And I'd be ok with with a ERA in the 3.50-4.00 range.

We're allowed to draft players from Triple A teams???

Where can I get projected stats for the Pacific Coast League players?

Of course, you don't recall Sir's AAA team from a few years ago?

I thought about taking him with my 8th round, but gambled that he might drop into the 11th.

I love that you think this league is better, and all we have done is get near to completing the first half of the draft before teams have had their first spring training games.

The one thing that does suck with leagues like this is that Wainwright was taken at 2.10 last year.

While not quite the same magnitude, if anyone was thinking of using Scott Siezmore to fill 2B or 3B this year, don't.
