Actuarial Practice Plus Exam FM Software

The second software providing practice help is now ready. This covers Exam FM. It will be available for download starting March 27.

Like the Exam P software, our Exam FM software provides practice problems, in multiple choice format similar to the actual exams. If you answer a question incorrectly, the software not only shows you the correct answer, but walks you through the necessary steps to arrive at that correct answer.

The order of the questions, as well as the numerical values for each question (and hence each answer) are all randomly generated. So is the ordering of the correct answer choice. In short, your chances of ever encountering the exact same (numerical) question more than once are practically nil. This way, you cannot simply memorize a problem, but will be motivated to actually master the underlying principle.

Please note that this is a Windows-based software, so you would have to follow one of the standard conversion routines (e.g. Boot Camp) to have it run on a Mac.
