I believe atheists are required to answer "NO!" on this one.

And I'm inclined to agree with that answer (but for different reasons).

Not sure what the question means. Do you mean that if you have any disagreements with a particular faith's teaching you can't be a member of that faith? I'd say "no" to that.

No, he's (very awkwardly) referring to the rhetoric of, "Not beliving in God takes just as much faith as beliving in Him does! Atheism is just faith that God doesn't exist!"

Not believing in God implies putting your faith in yourself.
