I went backwards, but only by half a pound. Considering all the unhealthy foods that were around, I'm surprised it's not worse. Back to work on the diet this week!

I should've waited until AFTER I drank my coffee this morning to weigh in (IYKWIM).

Also... I feel like I'm about to hit a plateau but I'm not sure why.
