Week: -0.2%
Total: -8.4%

Kickboxing is indeed kicking my ass (and my hand; I had to ice it last Thursday after class). I can already feel that my obliques are tighter. The studio is closed this week so I'm going to attempt some of the training techniques on my own. I'm also thinking about getting bag installed in my garage so I can go kick it whenever I want.

What's funny is, my weight is going the wrong direction. However, my pants aren't any tighter. I'm hoping that means I'm adding muscle mass. As long as the waistline doesn't go the wrong way, I guess I'll keep up this program and see where it leads.
If you haven't done so already, start taking measurements. As long as measurements are shrinking (in waist, hips, etc) you're good to go!

Good point. And as I read this, I realized it's not entirely accurate to say that my pants aren't any tighter. They're no tighter in the waist, but they seem a little more snug in the thighs. For me, that would be a good thing.

I should have said as long as measurements are moving in the correct direction.
