Default Pen or Pencil on FSA Exams????

Is there any guidance on what kind of writing instrument we must use on the FSA exams???

I've always used colored pens.

I don't recommend pencil because:
1. It smears
2. You shouldn't be wasting time erasing anyway (just put a line through it)

But, if you absolutely must use something erasable, I recommend these:

I use one of those extra fat crayons.
Before the exam, I break it in half, and use the jagged edge that will sometimes write double. I change colors throughout the exam. This is also helpful for those problems that are easier to answer via pictures than via written word.

Don't forget to turn the crayon over to leave big fat circles for each period and dotting the i's.
