Friends who are Doctors

Is it difficult for any of you guys to see your friends who are doctors (or in other particularly responsible professions) as being suited for it?

A good friend of mine just graduated med school and is working as a legit doctor now, and it's really difficult for me not to think of him as the guy who peed on his pillow because he was so drunk, or any of the other myriad stupid/embarrassing stuff he's done throughout the years.

Yeah, it's hard to think the dude that onced bragged about jerking off 9 times in an hour is in charge of someone's life.

All of my friends are trapped in grad school or service industry jobs

All my doctor friends are still in school. So right now, they are mostly just stressed out and chugging caffeine like it's going out of style.

One of the biggest potheads at my high school is now an eye doctor. He has done a complete 180, is now pretty straightlaced.

3 of my fraternity brothers just from my class or well respected doctors. We used to send "Bulldog" to steal Kegs and me and "Boner" got arrested one time. Bulldog is one of the areas top radiologists and is a partner in his firm while Boner delivers babies.

The third one was always straight laced though and recently was on TV for removing a marble from a kid's nose.
