My BMI is under 0.5 higher than this guy and I think I'm over 15%. I'm not strong but I certainly have some muscle. I know BMI is lame if you lift but he is 14 pounds form being "overweight" according to it (31 pounds above being "underweight").

Waist size AT THE NAVEL, please.
Waste at navel = 33.5 in

I didn't feel my arms hurt during the work out. They just wouldn't do it at some point. My triceps feel like jello now, and my abs are really tight. Thinking about checking out a cross fit gym soon.
Well done, according to most of the bros here vomitting is a crucial step in proving to them that you're trying sufficiently hard.

Unless you are some kind of freak (I mean, in some tail section of a distribution), I'm getting 20.9% BFP.
This is calculated by a formula determined using linear regression.

Weight and waist size are the only inputs. To lower BFP:
1. Get skinnier at the waist; and
2. Gain weight elsewhere.

I created a spreadsheet using these formulae:
http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-f...at-formula.php

There is a navy bfp calculator that uses height, neck, and waist. And not weight for some reason. Checking to see how close these are. For me they're within 1% of each other.

This one has weight to enter, but changing weight does not change the bfp.

I remeasured my waist because I think I did it wrong. I got 31.5 inches. I don't have a flexible tape measue, so I was wrapping a belt around my waist at navel and then measuring. I think there was some slipping from the point i was measuring. From your BMI calculator I get around 19%. From the navy site, I get 15%. So lots of room for error. I can tell I have some pudge around my midsection. And I'm going to kill it.

Pudge goes away at about 10% bfp. I ain't never getting there (too old, don't care, already married), but good luck to you!

Based on those calculators I'm in the 8 - 10% range, still seem to have some "pudge".

Blame your parents.
Spoiler:

You should probably do a full core routine for a few weeks, see what happens.
