Default P&C Consulting

If I wanted to get into P&C consulting what're my chances?

I have 2 yrs experience in an insurance company (just the reserving side) and completed the preliminary exams.

Location flexible (excluding India, Africa, Dubai)

You have experience at a P&C insurance company?

You are in U.S. and don't require sponsorship?

Hmmm it seems like you've got a shot. Only way to really tell is to just apply and see if you get any feedback. No harm in doing that, IMO.

Call a recruiter or start looking at the career section of all the consulting shops you know. Start applying and let the interview dictate.

Good luck.

Didn't your original reply say you needed a TN-1 visa because you are in Canada?

You have a chance either way, but your chances do vary whether you're talking about the U.S. or Canada.
