Did any of you see Lou Ferrigno do pushups on Celebrity apprentice? He lay down, extended his arms over his head and did a few push ups like that. I just googled, and they're called superman pushups. Crazy.

I would like to be able to do no-foot push-ups. Seems like that would require an incredible amount of core strength though.

It depends on what you're trying to do. If it's low impact areobic training, no. If you're trying to build muscle via anareobic training, yes. Very much so.
