Materials I'm using for this exam:

Derivatives Markets
ASM

I just finished the first 10 pages of Derivatives Markets. I'll be using June and July just to read the book lightly and get a feel for the material. The next three months will be focusing heavily on problems.

90's exams. So apparently, back in the day you had to take a lot more of them but they were shorter than the ones we have now.

There's also an exercise book by Fullerton to accompany Derivatives Markets. I decided to purchase that one as well.
