Computer screen facing the corridor

I will soon be moved to a cubicle where my computer screen will be facing the corridor. That means that everyone will be able to see what I am doing on the computer at any time.

Lurking this forum at work will now be a difficult task. Any tips?

I've often thought it a good idea to get a rear-view mirror for my monitor.

also, consider a screen filter thingy so that only when you're at the right angle can you see the images on the screen. since you work with a lot of PII it would be a HIPAA violation not to.

I don't have a phone, and to me it looks a lot more suspect if someone is spending 10 minutes looking at his phone.
