Here's how it works: The 2009 FY budget is attributed to Bush II. However that budget includes the 2009 stimulus program, which was passed by a Democrat congress and signed into law by BO Obama in February 2009. That stimulus spending is now in the baseline budget. So Bush gets the "credit" for the stimulus that BO signed into law, Obama keeps spending it year after year and only officially increases average annual spending by 2.0%, the lowest since DE.

BTW, isn't stimulus spending suppose to be temporary?

Funny that people argue over (D) and (R) and who spends what.
No matter who is elected, we're gonna spend too much.

Yea, it's kinda funny. "Obama is bad" is the only absolute. Forget the facts, forget context.

My friend, the "Democrat" congress you speak of reached sixty votes with the aid of three republicans -including- Mr. Specter of PA. Without his vote, filibusters would have continued. There was no super majority. There was no total control. This move in the blame game is rendered void.

Also, "BO Obama"...? Are you 12?
