Its widely known that leaving your house leads to many unneccesary deaths every year. We need to ban that too.
I've been wondering how the "lets ban cigarettes" and "lets legalize pot" camps get together. |

I googled it and I think there used to be a law in one state but not any longer.

Depends on the jurisdiction probably, but for the most part, yeah. I think the idea is that you will litter less if you have a trash bag in the car. It's a stupid law though.
