The very tall girl I'm thinking of was 6'0.
She was not thin, but her proportions were very feminine ( not a shapeless blob at all). Think rockabilly beauty ideal but even taller than usual.

Devastator seems to think that a girl like that is a 3 or less for most men.

In any case, it means to me that I don't mind if people think my girl is ugly, as long as I think she's super hot.

I know what you mean. I dated a woman who described herself online as "voluptuous," but there were definitely a few extra pounds on her. Wouldn't classify her as a 3, but definitely no better than a 5.

Similarly, a woman who describes herself as "athletic" usually has no chest.

'Close with my family' means socially awkward.

Here's a problem though. If you're dating someone who is a 2 to the rest of the world but a 10 to you, he probably will know that the rest of the world thinks he is a 2 and have confidence that reflects this. If you are significantly higher than a 2 to the rest of the world and he thinks you could do better, it could cause a problem in the relationship.
