Most recently, Romney has stated:
-that Obama is trying impede military voting rights in Ohio (rather than trying to stop republicans from preventing non-military residents from early voting)
-that Obama's most recent welfare moves have removed the job requirement, undermining the '96 reform (rather than make it possible for states to come up with their own requirements)
