Anyone else here feeling the same thing?
I feel like I am at a point where I know what's going on with a lot of the material but when asked to make a list (of certain characteristics, etc) I just can't seem write everything out clearly on paper! I have also begun to read the CPCU material... how am I ever going to memorize all the minute details for an essay question??!! |

The policies have the features that they do for a reason. Learn the reason, then you'll be able to recreate the list when needed.

Been There... I second that.
It is way too much trouble to memorize that stuff. Understand why coverage is provided, or why it is excluded - and then much less memorization is required. Along with that, this will tie together different policies for you. Where the Workers comp policy offers coverage, likely the CGL does not offer coverage. Also the personal auto policy excludes lots of commercial risks that are picked up by the CGL. |
