As much as it sucks, I would have to fold that one. With that preflop raise and that bet, he's got to put you on at least AQ or AK. I'd have to think he has A9, 99 or maybe A3 or 33. He could also have AK. If 3 rags had flopped I would think he was trying to steal, but here he's got to give you some respect with an ace on the flop. I'd lay it down.

I hate dropping 30+% of my chips in a hand with top pair. I prolly go all-in. But folding is prolly correct. (its one of those one flip for it all or millions of flips for smaller amounts)

I call this early in a $50 tourney. If I lose go home but it's been my experience that people call with any Ace in these cases.

And I agree with Expunge it's probably wrong but I'll do it.

I think he hit a set, or played a suited ace and hit a lucky two pair. Fold, there's still lots of time.

Unless you have notes on this player you have to fold. If he didn't have AQ beat, then no worries you can get those chips back soon enough.
