Default rookie question about Q12 (May 2001)

This is a 4 points question. Let's say we answer by just listing ALL 9 major points in the investment policy, and we do not describe what they are at all. Do we get all 4 points or we get penalized for not describing?

The point value of the question is the tip-off as to how much time you're supposed to allocate to that particular question. Remember: 3 minutes per point. Also, make your answers as complete and to-the-point as possible. Another thing: READ the question very carefully (watching out for certain key words or phrases) and give nothing more and nothing less than what they're asking for. HTH

At most 2 of the 4 points. That's my guess.
Further guesses:
Suppose the grading points are: 4 points for each major point, and 1 point for each minor point. 36 points for the main and about 42 for the minor ones.

Your choice.

Strategy: if you know parts of an answer, you should keep writing them down. You should not move on to the next problem until you've paused for, say, 15 seconds. (Change pause length to your comfort.)
