Is the record still age 21 as of now? It seems like more and more people are getting FSA at a younger age now..or maybe that's just my misperception.

This person is a special case because he took the U.K. exams first and got mutual-recognition credit. I restrict these "youngest actuary" records to people who stayed in the SOA/CAS system from start to finish. The record by that rule is still 22.

Not as impressive, but I passed Exam 1 shortly after turning 17. The record is well in the rear view mirror for me now.
