Default WA requirements

Anyone willing to give me a quick rundown on what the filing/reporting requirements for the state of Washington? Yes, I've looked at the insurance commissioner's website. A lot. I'm just looking for a "we file enrollment by class every quarter" level summary.

Thanks in advance.

Are you asking about financial statement filings or form and rate filings? Do you represent an insurance company or a managed care organization? What lines of business do you write?

rate filings, insurance company (HCSC), medical/Rx/dental/vision. This morning our intern came across this link

http://www.insurance.wa.gov/publicat...ons_(R500).pdf

which may be all I need.

Those are the instructions for an HCSC. That is not the same thing as an insurance company. Make sure you know which you are.

I'm pretty sure which I am. They really have different filing requirements for HCSCs vs. insurance companies? I sort of expected them to be the same (although different from the filing requirements for an HMO). Ah, well, that's why I asked...
