Default study again

2 out of the last 3 exams weren't released. I feel like that I can use nothing to prepare for the next exam.

For the people who failed here with me, do you all know what you are going to do to prepare?

Well for the first attempt I used the texts, arch, and csm (but not all of it). For the second attempt, that I just failed, I used more csm, asm, and htp. I felt extremely well prepared but luck was not with me. This time I'll see if I can work my way through all the csm problems plus maybe the actex dvd.

Right on brother. I cannot get any better. I'm taking C3 and C4 together. Make up for lost time I guess!

I plan on doing the same with more emphasis on C4 since I don't want to take a course on top of a 4 hour exam.

I know I have a lot of trouble with multiple decrement and conditional probability stuff. However, I fliped through all of the materials available in my company and I can't find any questions covering similar difficulty level for those two sections.

Any thought?

For conditional probability you can see previous exams. If you look at the HTP website and his solutions to the past exams it makes it pretty clear. Another option is the chapter (2?) in the probability models text book that isn't on the syllabus but reviews probability.

I don't care how many seminars you take and how many study manuals you buy you won't find the type of questions they will ask in Nov. The problem is that the SOA expects everyone to think in the lines of a single person who has nothing else to do but come up with tricky questions ( great productive life by the way). On the top of it they give you 6 min for a questions which you have no idea how to approach in a first place and then they ask you to do it 39 more times. We are doomed without luck!
