Default How much edumacation? (P.C. 7)

Higher education meaning post-secondary studies at an institution which counted towards a degree or diploma in a specific (as opposed to general, like a high-school diploma or similar) discipline, whether or not you actually attained this certification in the end. Part-time studies should be weighted appropriately, or excluded if they do not fit the credit criteria.
