Default all CAS exams multiple-guess?

I'm a recent crossover from Life / Health. Just looking through the upper exams .... they all look like 4 hour exams and are multiple choice. As opposed to the higher exams in the SOA have a morning session of multiple choice and an afternoon session of short answer...

Am I missing something? Is there a short answer part of the CAS track?

You are missing about 75%. Most upper level exams are about 25% multiple choice.

thanks guys. I was just looking some more and got the 2004 spring C5 exam and saw on the first line of the instructions that it was 17% multiple choice, and 83% essay.

Thanks for the info....
