Default strange ?

this is kind of a strange question, but I'm curious...

so I read a lot of posts where people talk about listening to study
materials on tape on their way to work, etc

And I was wondering if this is self-recorded or if some actuarial store sells them. Also... if it is self-recorded - are you all just doing it the old fashion way with a tape cassette player or are you doing it over the computer and burning cds. If you do the latter, I'd be interested in knowing how to do that.

thanks

JAM sells audio CDs for Courses 5 and 6. I think it would be difficult for a student to spend time recording notes instead of studying.

Maybe a CD of the most important formulae. But nothing of the JAM volume (four CDs at 75 minutes each for Course 5).

My final sitting for 3 I made note cards and recorded them into a little cassette recorder (one that you see doctors on TV speaking into). I listened to them on occasion especially when the note cards were too cumbersome to take with me.

Is it possible to record stuff through a microphone attached to an iPod?

If you have a microphone on your computer, then you should be able to record your notecards to your harddrive and then transfer to your iPod mini using iTunes.
