Default Excel Training

Does anybody have any free advanced Excel online training course (teaching Macro) or related materials available in the Internet? Thank you for your information in advance.

On a similare subject, can anybody recommen any good books on Excel Macros?

They would be helpful in my current job, since nobody else at work knows how to make them, as well as my future career as an actuary.

I bought "Excel VBA Programming for Dummies" to start, and it was very good.
