Yellow comment tooltip boxes

Anyway to get rid of the tooltip boxes (the yellow boxes with info when you hover over an item)? They are really getting on my nerves. Sorry if this has already been asked.

I suggest a checkbox in the options section that lets you turn them off. Of course, the software may not allow that, but it should.
