Ha I was just thinking of starting a thread like this

Stupid pompous coworkers who think they know EVERYTHING, when they are really to socially inept to realize anything going on around them. Specifically when they are being total hypocrites!

so it's not only me who notices this sort of thing.... that makes me feel slightly better. But I still hate them and hope they choke on their cheerios
