Course 2 NEAS seminar help

I would be thankful if somebody can guide me about the NEAS for course 2. Is it a good seminar. If it is not the good seminar then which one is the good seminar. What kind of notes are given in NEAS seminar? Are those notes enough. any help or comments will be helpful.
