I voted today, and got this message right after voting and then again later by e-mail:

The second ballot list of candidates will be announced in late April. Attend one of the Spring meetings to hear your second ballot President-Elect candidates speak. President-Elect candidates will also be featured in a special edition of SOA News Today and will be participating in an online discussion forum.

We've had some of the Presidential candidates drop in here already. Can this become the "endorsed" discussion forum for the candidates to use?

We must not be too short-sighted. I think we should host a discussion for President-Elect candidates, another discussion for Vice President candidates and a third discussion for Board candidates.

We might get more visibility if we have 25 actuarial politicians viewing the Rebel Forum regularly as they posture themselves in the election.

Even more broad thinking - Is it too late to start this for the first ballot? It would only take an email to each of the 40-50 candidates and then we will see what happens.
