OK, I had to look forever to find this link:

Which I think has some great advice about doing it yourself instead of asking your boss to do it for you (see post #6).

Since I'm not as organized as Claude with my links, so I am just posting here what I consider to be the best advice I've given. That way, when I am trying to find one of my really good prior posts, all I have to do is search for my college gf's sorority (Kappa Alpha Theta) and this thread will surely come up.
