Brealey & Myers -- New Edition Out

B&M just released their 7th edition, meaning that the 6th edition (current syllabus) will become scarce in the near future. If you are sitting for Part 2 in November and have not yet obtained the finance text, you would be well-advised to obtain it quickly.
