Has anyone heard of this program?

Do you know of any institutions that are members? If so, why did they decide to go with them?

I see that it is sponsored by the Mellon Foundation. Is this Mellon, as in Buck/Mellon?

I am pretty sure that the fees will eat up the tax benefits. Any other insite would be appreciated.
