I just noticed that my study guide includes the variance of B2-hat and B3-hat but not the variance of a-hat. Could it be:

[(Sum of Xi^2)*(Sigma^2)]/[(N * (1-r^2)*(Sum of (xi-xbar)^2)]

The text book doesn't cover the variance of alpha hat so it shouldn't be tested. You must be pretty ready for this exam if your looking for extra stuff to learn!
