Default How to type s with two dots above is MS Word

Has anyone figured out how to type this character? I'm trying to type up a study guide for Course 2 Interest, and need it for the accumulated value of annuity dues. Thanks

I think you'll have to get creative in equation editor. Shouldn't you be using latex instead of Word?

insert/object/MS equation
then select embellishments from the equation menu and one of the types will be with double dots on top.


And yes, LaTex (or just TeX for that matter) is much better.

You need 's' followed by the Combining Diaeresis (Unicode x0308) (&776
Use the Charmap to find it.
