Default Elimination Pick IX

Dear NFL fans,

This is a very tough week and I predict we'll lose 1/2 of the remaining people. I think these 2 are my best bets. Which should I go with? do you have any other suggestions?

Tennessee (home) to beat San Fran
Oakland (home) to beat Miami

I've used these teams:
PHI IND CIN SEA WAS PIT NYG DEN
CHI SD CAR

Are you picking a losing team or a winning team?

Duh, never mind.

Check a few weeks down the line to see if you'll need Oakland. Based on those two options, Oakland is your best option. This week has the potential to knock out a bunch of picks, but keep in mind that Cincinnati will be up for grabs too.

I'd take KC to beat NE. NE's defense is too beat up to handle their offense.

You don't know which SF team will show up. They have played well in wins vs. St. Louis and Tampa Bay and almost beat Seattle.

Oakland is also a team I'd save (see the last post). They play Cleveland at home week 15 and I see them winning that game.

I was thinking about KC but how can you pick against the Pats? They can always find a way to win, even with their beat up defense. KC doesn't have the best passing game either. I don't think T.Green will shred New England's 2ndary like Peyton did.

I'm not worried about saving either OAK or TEN. While the Oak vs CLE mathup looks good, in that week JAX also hosts SF, which is definitely what I'm leaning towards (assuming I'm still alive).

Atlanta, Jacksonville or Oakland. Take your pick. None of them is a lock but you are getting down to slim pickins.

Of the two choices, I'd go with Tennessee. Oakland has been scary inconsistent and I don't think I'd go anywhere near them.

Despite my advice last week, I might actually go with St. Louis this week. Houston really is that bad. Bad enough to offset Bulger being out and a St. Louis team that alternates between very good and very bad.

I would consider Minn at home against Cleveland. The Vikes have been playing well as of late. Jacksonville also looks good.

Atlanta
Then Tennessee

SF hasn't done $hit on the road. I don't think SF can win; just hope TEN doesn't lose it. It's tough to pick a game that is totally meaningless.

MIN has won 3 in a row. But I would not equate that with playing very well.

ATL is pissed off. This is a must-win game coming off of 2 home losses. They should dominate, even on the road. Hopefully Garcia is still out.

I don't have an opinion on OAK/MIA. Don't know MIA QB status.

It matters whether Miami starts Sage Rosenfels or Ole Head Butt Frerotte?
