Default wat? needs to slim down

The question mark is in the correct place, and I figured since I posted in the original WW thread, I'll start one here.

*Disclaimer - I may not update this too much, since I don't have a specific regimen on losing weight. Probably a weekly/monthly thing for me. Essentially, I'm trying to eat less, and eat less fast-food. And exercise more, of course.

Currently: 200 lbs.
Target: 180 lbs.

Exercise - washing car, played soccer (juggling, sprinting, shooting) for 1/2 hour.

# of times eating fast-food last week (salads at fast food places don't count): 5.

Thanks for the bump.

Nothing's really happened since. I suppose I'm eating less.

Did go to the beach and played some soccer for about a 1/2 hour to an hour.

The beach is good two-fold: 1) good for getting outdoors and walking around (rather than just sitting down and shoving food down my throat) and 2) raises your awareness that yes - some people really do look like those people in the magazines. (or , depending how you look at it).

Ya it is, way too much. When are you having fast food wat, lunch or dinner? I'm sure we can come up with some alternatives.

wat? Do you have access to fresh fish coming off the docks? A nice Ono steak on the way home straight off the fish is exquisite and great for you..

Just sayin

Depending on the day. It's usually for breakfast, actually. And I've cut back. It was twice last week, I think.

In my defense w.r.t. fast food, if I eat it for lunch/dinner, it's usually because I'm with my gf and her son, who eats a total of about 5 different kinds of foods in this world - one of which is the Chicken McNugget Happy meal at McDonalds. Of course, this kid doesn't gain weight. We have to fight with him every time to finish as much as he can of the meal. So, if he's hungry for that, guess where I'm at. It also doesn't help that I think fast food actually tastes good.

But enough of my nay-saying in this forum. Talk of fast food (at least, eating it) doesn't belong here!

I appreciate the suggestion! It's a damn shame, though - I'm full Japanese, but can't stand seafood. None of my family or friends understand it, either. You'd figure I'd be okay with it, what with being surrounded by marine life and what not.

Kinda like me being black and from the south and not liking chittlin's. But then again, those are just plain nasty!

You know why playing soccer on the beach sucks? The ball doesn't bounce! I don't know how you do it. Anyone know what grits are? They are pretty nasty.

It's more fun that way. A few of my friends missed the ball entirely because they expected the ball to roll just a little more.
