Default COURSE 4 - PLEASE NOTE

A note from the SoA - Please be advised

Traci:

Course 4 will be given tomorrow in Kuala Lumpur only due to a public
holiday there. Would you make certain that discussion of Course 4 does
not start until Wednesday?

Thanks,

Pat Holmberg

This seems like a bad idea. Is there any doubt that the phone will be ringing with some overseas phone calls tonite?

don't worry. no oversea calls being received.

actually, Kuala Lumpur, KL time is faster than US time for 12 hours. why no one worry about this? KL ppl have exam first than comes to US.

now, the KL exam delay 24 hours and made US exam time faster than Kuala Lumpur exam time for 12 hours. this only happened once. :P

Unless I'm missing something, it is now 9:00 PM on Tuesday in Malaysia. I would think it would be safe to discuss Course 4 exam by now.

I would think so too, but we checked with SOA and they said, even with the time difference, not until Wednesday. I'll accept Wednesday, Malaysia time.

According to the World Clock, it is now 2:48 AM on a beautiful Wednesday morning in Kuala Lampur. The Course 4 actuaries are partying hard and the rest of the world has been ungagged and seems free to discuss Course 4![/url]
