Default No Alcohol February

Anyone want to join me? I think I can make it the whole month and want to try (Why do you think I am chosing the shortest month?) Also, to the people on here that I know and see, please refrain from trying to get me to drink. It'd be appreciated.

Cheers to no beer, booze, nor wine - here I go. Wish me luck.

Sweet - good luck! I did the same thing for a month in college and I had never felt healthier.

I won't join you, though. Y'know, Super Bowl.

How about "No Alcohol February, after the Super Bowl, Add a Little March to it"?
Alcohol causes delays in metabolizing fat, so it gets stored. So I'm told.
This should be in the Weight-Loss sub forum.

When I passed Course 4, I had 4 beers in about 3 or 4 months. Since then, I have cut back my drinking alot. I lost weight because of it. Of course, I am 6'4" and went from 170 to 160. I started drinking again so I could look healthy and not emaciated...

Yeah, but if you wake up hungover, there is no hair of the dog for you...

Reason: too much alcohol lately! Lots of weddings, funerals and parties that I just gotta take a break.

Do what you want, I just needed a goal and completely discounted the superbowl. I definitely do not need to lose weight (5'11" and 160), I just need a break from alcohol.
