This is my 2nd attempt, and yes it is alot tougher than P or FM. I had the worst time getting started, but once I actually forced myself to, I was able to get back into studying pretty easily. The material on this exam can be very overwhelming, so I share in your pain!

I've taken the Econ CLEP exam(Macro) to complete that VEE req. Now I'm studying for Corp Fin Transitional exam. I'll start Exam M stuff on Feb 17. Hopefully, I'll be able to log some hours on that bad boy after that.

I find it very difficult as well. I'm looking at this as a 2 step process (as I did with P). Give myself my best chance of passing in May and if I don't (and get a 4 or 5) study that extra amount to get over the hump in Nov. If I get a 3 or below I'd probably be in a 3 step process. By setting up my expectations, that it will take 2 steps, I can focus myself for this exam while not getting too upset with the prospect of failure. Good luck to you.

The toughest part for me is, always, when life gets in the way. I am using ASM and am already behind my own set schedule, and I am quite frustrated. I did pass C so the loss models stuff are at the very least familiar to me.
