Thinking about running a 5k on sunday. It starts half a mile from my house and is basically one of my normal Running loops (normal being about once a month).

mi Pace (min/mi) Elevation (ft)

1 9:35 -48
2 10:49 28
3 11:23 19
4 9:57 7

Total: 33:25 (probably was actually 33:07, as I started my runkeeper before I crossed the start line and ended after the finish line).

If anyone is interested, I can send the map link via PM.

I didn't try and go too hard, and just wanted to establish a benchmark.

I think the next 5k on this course is in a few months so i would use that to measure my progress.

I got NROL (New Rules of Lifting) last week. Then yesterday I was reading his forums and saw I should really use NROL for Abs (NROLA). So I ordered that Yesterday. Reading it on my Kindle this morning.

I am planning on starting it this week.
