Holmgren looks a lot more like a walrus than Cowher. On the other hand, Cowher's chin sticks out as much as Holmy's neck fat.
I'll go with Holmy...he's been to the Super Bowl thrice, Cowher only twice. ( He needs some work with clock management skills though )
