Default red faced with a problem

Every morning, I get 3-4 e-mails giving URLs to certain types of websites. Anyway, today I accidently (I swear it was an accident ) clicked on one of those using the PC in my office.

Anyway, I deleted all my coockies history files folders etc using ``Internet Options'' in explorer.
Can the sysadmin still know what I have done?

No, you're perfectly safe.

NOT!

You are in one of two positions. Either there is no tracking software installed so the admin will never look at the logs and your indescretion will be buried. Or they are running tracking software which provides reports of this type of activity - and someone will get a report with this site duly noted. (Last insurer I worked for provided a complete report of all web activity to supervisors).

I wouldn't worry about it though.
