Default Discounting -2001 #95

The solution for 2001-95 part c says that Loss & Lae reserves on p. 3 of the Annual Statement are Net of tabular & Non-tabular discounts.

IASA chapter 14-20 seems to confirm that SAP loss & lae reserves are undiscounted.

Is this a contradiction?

I figured it out. Reserves are undiscounted except in the rare cases of tabular and non-tabular discounts presented in the Notes. The 2001 question tested the exceptions.
