"Where" as in physical location? I'd rather be in a penthouse overlooking Central Park, but that's not where I am.

"Where" as in fulfilled all your goals for your life? Not yet, but if I'd done that at 25 I think I'd be sort-of underachieving.

"Where you want to be" as in generally satisfied? Yeah, for the most part. Working on fixing things that need fixing.
