Default the exam

I'm trying to find what i need to do to get credit and i have a c and b
in economics so i figure if i take the Vee exam for it would be easiar
and cheaper.

Should i go back and retake it and then try to get it approved or
should i take the exam and where do I find where i can apply for
it. For some reason i'm having a hard time where i can take this exam.

Also, how much study time goes into to these exam?

Any helpful insights would be appreciated.
Thank you
