I have a friend who drives a car with a plate reading XSNRG.

Not a license plate, but I was stopped behind & one lane over from a delivery truck that had a sign on the back:

"Stay back 227 feet, 4-1/2 inches"

Not sure about the fraction, it was too small to read. Interesting that it was so precise.

I wonder if the false precision there was the result of a conversion from metric. . .

And the too small to read part reminds me of the bumper sticker that said, "If you can read this, you are following too close."
