7 RKN KDS

I'm thinking it's "7 rockin' kids"? Because it was on a van and the family that got out of it had seven kids.....

It wasn't a license plate, but I just saw a guy in a sports jersey displaying number 42. I am clueless about what famous player has that number, so I just thought .
