Default Guo's online class for Exam M

I'm teaching an online class for Nov 2006 Exam M preparation. It's a 120-day long class. The cost is $99 (my study guide) + $375 (tuition)=$474. If you take my online class, you won't need to buy any textbooks or other study manuals.

For details, see http://guo.coursehost.com/Files/02/P.../GuoMClass.pdf

1) Would you be providing enough practise problems?

2) Would you have some mock test before real test?

3) Does it cover any part of exam 3 as well - as i am plannig too take both exam M and 3 in one sitting.

I will guess at the answers to your questions Actuaryinmaking:

1) What is enough practice problems for one will not be enough for some, so whether or not there is "enough" is a subjective measure.

2)
Quote:
At the end of this class, you have a marathon session. You’ll work through 8 comprehensive exams. These exams reflect the depth of knowledge SOA expects you to have to pass Exam M. If you excel in these exams, you should do well in the actual exam.
3) Probably not, otherwise he would have advertised it as such.

As for yours, tamara, a lot of people take M and 3 in one sitting, usually CAS people, since passing M gives you credit for 3, and they're not THAT different. Usually, if candidates feel comfortable that they passed after taking CAS3 (it is always before SOA-M), they won't sit for M, and get a partial refund. It's kind of like getting a second chance.

Your eminence, if you read the previously posted PDF, you will find a choice of starting days, and a 17 week program beginning at one of those 5 availible starting days.
