Default Scam email?

I'm pretty sure this is a scam. Anyone have any thoughts or seen this at all?

Yes, it is a scam. I am guessing that they want the routing number and account number to one of you accounts to transfer your money out of your account.

Call them up and ask them to send you a check instead of the wire transfer.

Click the link in your e-mail. It says.

There is a new version of lottery scam email circulating the Internet that mentions Expert Lotto's web site. Please be warned that these emails are hoax and you should not reply to them. Expert Lotto is not affiliated with any lottery commission and will not pay any claimed prizes.
We recommend that you notify your police authorities about any such email you received.

I regard any email that starts off with " Sir/Madam," as a scam.

Clicking on the link proves it is fake. But what about the lotto software they are selling. Do people really believe that past drawing affect future drawings?

I've known an Actuarial student or two who believed this. Please note that I didn't say they were particularly good Actuarial students.
